http://www.cua.edu/contact-us.cfm  who along with the Catholic hierarchy (priests bishops cardinals the Pope) continue to ignore the rights of animals. The Catholic church since the Council of Nicea in 325 AD has hidden the vegetarian diet of Jesus, the Essene. Is Pope Francis the only pontiff who has gone to Assisi without mentioning kindness to animals, instead attacking ‘pantheism’. (God is omnipresent. Therefore God  indwells all beings.)   For 1689 years the Catholic Church, despite the thousands of vegetarian saints, has also obscured the first 3 centuries of Christianity when vegetarian diet permeated the church.

Wise mentions chimp awareness of the future is demonstrated by a chimp in a zoo angered by captivity who stores stones and waits hours to be able to throw them at his abusers.

Charles Siebert spoke of a physical scarring from captivity, with brain neurons reduced and said that President Bill Clinton’s last act as president was to establish a chimp haven which would receive abused lab animals.
